Huntingdon Canine Society 2011 Critique

Puppy 4 (0)

1st Bond’s Regalflight Cerf – first show out and enjoying her debut. Lovely head and expression with dark eye and rims, nicely set ears, strong neck into well laid shoulders, would have liked more return of upper arm. Straight front with compact feet. Good depth of chest for a youngster with correct topline and fall away.Well angulated rear end, moved out well. Best Puppy

2nd Bond’s Regalflight Civet – litter sister to 1st and most of my remarks apply to her, would like a darker rim to the eye and lost out to her sister today moving a little close behind.

Junior 1 (0)

1st Stuart & Holt’s Harropine Spooks For Ollandsheart – Nice expression with Good ear set and dark eye, balanced bitch with good depth of chest and well angulated rear end, not helping her handler today, had her mind elsewhere. When concentrating moved out well. Outline spoilt by her tail carriage

Post Graduate 2 (0)

1st Stuart & Holt’s Regalflight Tomahawk At Ollandsheart – Lovely gentle boy, very appealing head and expression, Nice neat ears, dark eye and rims completeing the picture. Strong neck into well laid shoulders and ample return of upper arm, straight front with good spring of pastern and well knuckled feet. Correct depth to length ratio giving a well balanced outline. Moved well in a smallish ring holding his topline with correct tail carriage, pleased to see him go on to win the group - BOB

2nd Buckley’s Pyefleet Spirit of Sarah - Pretty, feminine bitch with balanced head and soft expression, well set dark ears and dark eye. balanced bitch with good topline and fallaway, Well constructed fore and aft, compact feet. Moving a little close behind

Limit 1 (0)

1st Buckley’s Packway Smart Money – Good ears, dark eye, nice head and expression. Well built dog with good depth of chest and correct topline and fallaway, turning a front foot which spoilt the front assembly.

Covered the ground moving but front and hind movement loose spoiling the picture
